What can change the price?
The main factors are the job location, the size of the property or site, the number of views required, flight restrictions or permissions, and how much editing is needed.
A simple house or roof job can usually be priced quickly from the postcode and a few details. Large grounds, industrial sites, multiple flights or more involved video work are quoted separately.
All flights are planned within CAA requirements and are fully insured.

Multiple properties in one visit
For estate agents, developers and other clients with several properties at the same location, additional properties can be added for £100 each during the same visit — a £50 saving per additional property compared with booking separately.
Extra retouching from £50
Object removal, detailed clean-up or more involved Photoshop work is charged separately rather than included in a basic photography session.
Structural assessment £50
Written opinion from an experienced builder with cost guidance where required; no on-site measurements included.

Payment policy
For small jobs, payment is due by bank transfer when the flight is completed and before the photographs or video files are released. This avoids invoices being left outstanding for weeks.
Larger commercial bookings may require a deposit or advance payment, agreed before the date.
